Our house dates back to the 18th century (1780) when it was the former mansion of a village consul. In 2001 we named the house after Joséphine de Beauharnais because the house inspires conviviality with the grand rooms of yesteryear. It is warm, elegant and welcoming.
It is a « maison de maître » or a mansion in the very center of the village. It retains the charm of its time: high ceilings, fireplaces in almost every room, nice brickwork, solid hardwood floors and terracotta tiles. The most remarkable thing about this home remains the spacious rooms on average at 25-30m2, including the bedrooms, and the well-being that we can get by reading a book in the library, playing a game of snooker or pool, enjoying the sun on a lounging chair by the swimming pool, sipping an aperitif and savoring evening meals under the covered courtyard in the shade.

"I have been coming to Maison Joséphine for several years and I always feel at home. Between the warm welcome, the personal attention to individual guests, the charm of the house and the services (swimming pool, evening meals, pool table, bikes...) stays are always pleasant and relaxing."
